The staff overbooked our stay without notice.

The lack of fresh towels and a hair dryer was frustrating, but the friendly staff made an effort to accommodate. The slippery bathroom tiles after showering made things risky during our stay.

The entire stay was marred by sheer incompetence. The check-in process was a nightmare, taking over half an hour due to only one computer working. Furthermore, both elevators had expired inspections, adding to the frustration, and when I tried to get ice, my key card got stuck in the door. The girl at the front desk was utterly unhelpful, texting on her phone while I waited for assistance. I had to move rooms in a panic, and even then, neither key worked properly. It was incredibly aggravating for such an expensive room.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, especially when they helped us take group photos for my son's wedding. The restaurant's food was really good. we dined there for dinner and loved the options. The only thing that could improve is the breakfast variety. it felt a bit basic.

The stay was mostly pleasant with clean and comfortable accommodations. However, the closet in my room was difficult to use because the rod was too far forward. Breakfast was particularly good, but the indoor pool could benefit from better maintenance.

I loved the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The pool area was a nice spot to relax. Katherine at the bar was a highlight. She remembered our names and made great conversations. The front desk staff was helpful during check-in and check-out. A great stay! 😄

The Hilton Garden Inn Starkville had a clean and inviting lobby area, making it easy for us seniors to navigate with our luggage. The staff was attentive, quickly assisting us during check-in and providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

Absolutely loved Katherine at the bar! This gal's got personality, remembered all of our names, and made our time special, especially for my son’s graduation. Plus, the staff cleaning the rooms were super friendly, always greeting us with smiles. It's a feel-good vibe that warms your heart!

The staff here was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. Katherine, the bartender, really stood out. she was friendly and engaged with us, even remembering our names. The location is spot on for visiting Mississippi State University. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, and housekeeping kept things tidy for us during our stay. However, the breakfast definitely had room for improvement. For the price, I expected more variety and better quality. Some areas in need of attention were the clutter in the hallways and the slightly outdated gym facilities. I did notice hair in the shower drain, which was disappointing and shows a lack of attention to detail.
